The assistant now answers questions about a booking, an order or where to find a service without leaving the page.
TonnesAI is now reachable from every page. Ask it where your parcel is, what a delivery should cost, or which pharmacy near you is open, and it answers in place.
What it can see
It reads the same information you can: your own orders, tracking for a code you give it, and the public directories. It cannot act on someone else's account.
What it does with a booking
For a move request, it collects the details and hands them to the same booking flow a form would. Nothing is created until you confirm.
Voice too
On a supported browser you can speak the question instead of typing it, which is faster when your hands are full — loading a van, checking a parcel, holding a phone at a counter.
