How disputes between you, partners and Tonnes Africa are resolved.

  1. 1Parties should first attempt resolution through the in-app support and Trust & Safety team.
  2. 2Unresolved disputes may be escalated to mediation by Tonnes Africa as a neutral facilitator.
  3. 3Disputes not resolved through mediation are referred to arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria under applicable law.
  4. 4Class actions and jury trials are waived to the extent permitted by law.
  5. 5Nothing in this section limits statutory consumer rights.
