Capital Lock-In Provision & Risk Allocation Covenant
Under the Capital Lock-In Provision of your Investment Participation Agreement, deployed capital is subject to a twelve-month lock-in: once trading has begun, capital may not be withdrawn, recalled or reassigned. This ensures operational stability and uninterrupted trading cycles — and is what lets us pay you a fixed 7% instead of a volatile maybe.
Under the Risk Allocation Covenant, you indemnify and hold TonnesInvest harmless against losses, claims or damages not arising from our negligence or willful misconduct — including losses resulting from us following your explicit directives. Everything else — acquiring, operating, insuring and trading the asset — remains our responsibility.
