Setting up your rates
A short walk through per-quantity pricing, haulage bands and ticket slots before your first order arrives.
Your rates are what customers see before they choose you, so it is worth ten minutes to get them right.
Per-quantity pricing
List the price you want for one unit, then add bands for larger quantities. Bands apply automatically at checkout, so a buyer sending twenty cartons sees the price for twenty without asking.
Haulage and trips
If you run vehicles, set your routes and the price per trip. Anything outside a listed route is a quotation — you see the request before you commit.
Ticket slots
Service partners publish slots: how many jobs you can take in a window and the fee for each. Slots you do not publish are slots you will not be offered.
Keep them current
Prices you set are the prices you are paid. If fuel or a route changes, update the rate — the platform will not quietly re-price a booked job behind your back.
